Located in the northeastern part of Southeast Texas Area 67, District 31 stretches from Houston north to Leona and east to Corrigan and down south to District 90 and back just above District 70.  

 Northeast Houston, Woodlands, Conroe, Huntsville, Livingston, Coldspring, Cleveland, New Caney, Humble, Atascocita, Crosby, Dayton are some of the towns in this District.
